With over 20 years of experience in business operations and a distinguished background as a USMC veteran, John brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our organization. John has honed his skills and expertise in managing diverse projects, handling contracts, and ensuring seamless execution.

As our COO, John oversees all aspects of our invoicing, contracts, and projects. With his keen eye for detail and strategic mindset, he will ensure smooth operations and efficient project delivery, exceeding client expectations every step of the way.

Boasting over ten years of senior design experience, Erik graduated from Kansas State University with a BFA in Graphic Design. Holding the reins on everything from brand identity conception, packaging design, and fully loaded marketing campaigns to new product launches, website creations, and trade show displays, he’s pretty dang well-rounded with a boat-load of experience to boot.

The best part? He is deeply passionate about branding, packaging, and illustration, making him an ideal fit for the world’s trendsetters, changemakers, and social do-gooders that we hold near and dear to our hearts.

When Erik isn’t elbows-deep in designing the next big marketing campaign, whether on the computer, iPad, or sketchbook, he can be found connecting and creating adventures with his wife and two wildly fun boys.

Cat is a passionate writer with a creative soul. With years of experience across a variety of marketing mediums and niches, Cat adores working with brands who aim to change the world through their products, services, and, most importantly, content. Cat brings forth a unique client-first perspective due to her vast professional background in Customer Experience Management roles. She is an advocate for serving the individualized needs of each client she works with and believes it takes a personalized approach to succeed within your target market. She is a lover of perfecting a client’s brand voice and tone through communication and a deep understanding of clients’ needs. To her, client relationships mean everything. Aside from her love of client-focused writing, Cat is a children’s book author, a hands-on mom to three energetic and creative children, a proud dog mama, and an Army wife who loves to explore the roads less traveled, go on random adventures, exercise, and read.

Greg specializes in crafting mesmerizing motion graphics for our clients. Before joining McKinstry, he honed his skills during a remarkable 5-year tenure as a motion graphics artist at a political affairs firm. His expertise spans creating print, web and broadcast advertising for Democratic candidates nationwide.

Greg’s passion for his work is driven by condensing stories and messages to their core, making a lasting impact on the viewer. Alongside this passion, he finds immense joy in collaboration, having met and worked with some cool people, finding it both fun and highly beneficial.

When he isn’t busy designing the next cutting-edge motion feature, you’ll find Greg in the kitchen, whipping up delectable dishes or diving into baking experiments. He’s also an avid music enthusiast, finding solace in the timeless tunes of Michael Jackson and the Beatles.
